Tableland Partners, LLC (“Tableland Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit tablelandpartners.com or use our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Who we are

Tableland Partners is a marketing and AI advisory consultancy based in Massachusetts, United States. We serve clients and members in the United States and elsewhere, and our website is accessible internationally, including to visitors in the European Union.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill out our contact form, subscribe to our updates, or become an AI Essentials Roundtable member, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, company, phone number, and anything you write in a message to us.

Payment information. If you purchase a membership or service, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number on our servers; Stripe handles that directly under its own privacy terms.

Information collected automatically. When you browse our site, we and our service providers automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you visit, the site you came from, and how you interact with our pages. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and tracking” below).

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services or membership you request
  • Send you our email updates and Roundtable communications, which you can stop at any time
  • Process payments and manage memberships
  • Understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it
  • Protect our site and comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: to make the site work and to help us understand how it is used. Specifically:

  • Google Analytics 4 helps us see which pages are visited and how people navigate the site, in aggregate. Google may set cookies to do this. You can learn more at Google’s privacy policy, and you can opt out using Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • HubSpot provides our contact form and helps us understand visitor interest so we can follow up appropriately. HubSpot may set cookies for these purposes.

Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your cookie choices at any time through the cookie settings link on our site. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business, specifically with:

  • Service providers who operate our tools on our behalf, including HubSpot (contact forms and CRM), Google (analytics), Stripe (payments), our website host, and our email delivery providers. These providers may process your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety reasons, if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our client and member relationships, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

You can:

  • Unsubscribe from our emails at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any message or using the unsubscribe option provided.
  • Request access, correction, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing jeff@tablelandpartners.com.
  • Adjust cookie settings through our cookie consent tool or your browser.

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We rely on your consent for marketing cookies and emails, and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business for other processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond as required by law.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Data transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data from the EU, UK, or other regions, we rely on the safeguards our service providers maintain for such transfers.

Children’s privacy

Our site and services are intended for businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
