AI That Actually Ships

Every company is experimenting with AI. Very few have deployed anything that runs their business while they sleep. I build custom AI systems that go live: intelligence pipelines that hunt your market daily, copilots trained on your voice and strategy, and automations that erase the mundane work eating your team’s week. Built for leading life science, tech, and other growing businesses. Working in weeks, not roadmap decks.

The Gap Between Playing With AI and Running On It

Your team uses the chatbots. Someone drafted an email with one last week. That’s not transformation, that’s a toy. The gap between playing with AI and running on it is systems: tools wired to your data, your rules, and your daily operations, producing output whether or not anyone remembers to prompt them. Crossing that gap requires someone who knows both the technology and the business it has to serve. That’s the job.

Four Kinds of Systems, All Custom

Intelligence pipelines

Automated systems that scan your market’s data sources daily, enrich and score what they find, and deliver decision-ready output to your inbox or CRM.

Business copilots

An AI trained on your strategy, brand voice, personas, and documents, so your whole team gets expert-grade output without expert-grade prompting.

Workflow automation

The repetitive work between your tools handled automatically, from CRM enrichment to report generation.

Custom applications

Calculators, portals, and internal tools your business needs but the software market never built for you.

FLAGSHIP: THE AI LEAD ENGINE

Our most popular build, productized: a custom system that finds, enriches, and ranks purchase-ready leads in your market, delivered every morning. Transparent pricing, live in 2 to 6 weeks. See the AI Lead Engine

Two Rules That Keep AI Safe and Useful

First: build versus run. Many systems need AI to build them but not to run them, and knowing the difference is how you get speed without ongoing risk or cost. Your sensitive data never touches a cloud model it doesn’t need to touch. Second: humans stay the approvers. Everything I build delivers drafts, reports, and recommendations; the decisions and the publish buttons remain yours. AI as force multiplier, never as unsupervised operator.

Your Team, Fluent in AI

Systems decay without fluent operators, so every build can include hands-on training: your team learning to direct, prompt, and extend the tools in their actual daily work. For organizations earlier in the journey, my AI Essentials Roundtable delivers ongoing biweekly training with real builds, and custom team workshops go deeper on your stack and use cases.

Questions Operators Ask

What does a typical build cost?

Productized systems like the AI Lead Engine run $2,000 to $8,000 to build with a modest monthly service. Custom copilots, automations, and applications are scoped individually after a fit call, and you’ll have your exact number before anything begins. Call (508) 217-6929 for a straight answer.

Is our data safe in these systems?

I treat no cloud AI as fully private, and I architect accordingly: sensitive data gets redacted, kept local, or routed around AI entirely when the system doesn’t truly need it at runtime. You’ll know exactly what data goes where before we build. That honesty is the point.

How fast do systems go live?

Intelligence pipelines and automations typically run in 2 to 6 weeks. Copilots deploy in phases, with useful output in the first week and voice-trained depth building over the first month. You see live test output early, not at the end.

We’re not technical. Does that matter?

Not at all, and it’s most of my client base. You describe the problem in business language; I translate it into a working system and hand you something with buttons, not code. Your only technical job is telling me what’s annoying you.

What happens if the system breaks after launch?

Every ongoing engagement includes monitoring and fixes, because data sources and platforms change constantly. One-time builds come with a support window and an honest handoff: documentation plus the option of a maintenance retainer if you want it covered indefinitely.

Can you work with the AI tools we already pay for?

Yes. I build on top of your existing stack wherever possible: your CRM, your marketing platform, your file systems. The goal is fewer tools working harder, not another subscription. Where a new tool genuinely earns its cost, I’ll show you the math first.

Stop Experimenting. Start Running.
